Week 13 / Bonus
I know, I know, I said I will skip this week, but a lot happened this week and was worth a new blog post.
Projects Week
One final leg of Computer Science assessment was a final group project (pair of two): build a game in scratch and give a presentation about the same. It was quite good actually:

We were surprised to see some of the ideas they have picked and how far they were able to execute it. They also presented the problems faced and how they “debugged” them.
I got to play the games live.
Report Cards

Shivam enhanced our portal to track exams and report records. It is now flexible to track across multiple cohorts and even subject patterns!

If someday we scale CS17, we already have a solid platform foundation 😄
Parents Meet

Last week we already had 1-on-1 review of each answer sheet already. But yesterday, we had a parents with where we had 1-on-1 with each student’s parents about the performance of their child. Rekhaji also brought up issues related to parents being not supportive in some areas and set some expectations.
I think this was much needed alignment session, both for students, and for the parents.
